If so, please read on... Responsibilities:
- Oversee design services, utilizing internal and external resources effectively.
- Agree on safety, commercial, and operational targets with the contract team.
- Regularly monitor and review performance against agreed internal and external targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Plan and manage workloads to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare project-level design programs and cost forecasts.
- Proven experience in a multi-disciplinary engineering, utility, or DNO environment.
- Ideally a Chartered Engineer or possess relevant experience and management or professional qualifications.
- Understanding of management systems including ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS 18001.
- Expertise in protection and control schemes on the 11kV to 132kV Distribution Network.
- Understanding of the CDM Regulations and the role of the Designer under these regulations.
