Looking for a technology lead to join a global brand as they drive their offering. Having Telematics experience from working with a fleet business is essential. £50-£60, % bonus, life assurance 2.5x salary + enhanced company sick pay + 5% pension. This is a mostly remote role with the odd meeting on site (mileage paid).

Part of the commercial team, this role will lead from the front to champion digital and technology projects, with primary focus to act as the voice of the customer to drive technology and use of telematics roadmap, through the adoption of digital technologies, to provide customer insight and adding true value for our customers and the business.
Engaging with key stakeholders and Group to shape and lead the development and delivery of value creating services and features for our customers and internal customer support teams, to increase customer loyalty, reduce administration and drive operational efficiencies and service improvements.

Job Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities


Lead the technology and telematics roadmap to enhance our capabilities to deliver superior customer experience, creating added value propositions to differentiate the group from its competitors
Work cohesively with group strategy and European colleagues
Promote the effective integration and use of products to internal stakeholders and our customer's providing guidance and training to enhance customer
Shape and lead our technology evolution ensuring solutions delivered are fit for purpose and delivered in time
Listening and identifying customer needs and trends to enable strategy development, implementation and revenue generating
