Aspire Jobs are pleased to be working with our client based in Three Legged cross.
They are looking for an Accounts assistant to join their team due to growth within the Business.
You will be working within the accounts team which has a total of 4 staff members. Their office space is open plan although it is sectioned off into different departments. It is a very busy fast paced environment so ideally someone who has great attention to detail.
Further training for AAT Levels will be support by the company.
The successful Accounts assistant will:-

Level 2 AAT or equivalent
Have minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounts environment
Sage Experience is essential
Knowledge of Purchase ledger
Excellent communication Skills - verbal and written
Good computer skills including accounts package, MS Office, Excel and word
Attention to detail
Have the ability to follow set procedures
Be able to prioritise tasks in order to work effectively and to ensure deadlines are met.
Have a flexible nature
Job Duties:-

Raising, distributing & factoring sales invoices
Approving & inputting purchase ledger invoices
Assisting with credit control when required
Payroll (Sage 50)
Monthly balance sheet control reconciliations
Additional Administration duties.
