Robert Half is recruiting for a Client Services Associate to join a wealth management company.

ROLE: Client Services Associate - 2-3 years experience

LENGTH: 12 Months contract

LOCATION: on site - London

PAY: Day Rate depending on experience

Skills

-A background within Wealth management in a similar or related role.

-Demonstrate experience in dealing with client reporting, CHAPS/SWIFT payments & client onboarding across multiple jurisdictions.

-Awareness of industry standards and developments

The Role

  • This role is 70% on boarding with client reporting, payments and queries being the rest.
  • Deliver first-class client service, to assist with the onboarding of clients of various structures and complexities including but not limited to Companies, trusts, SIPPs, and Charities ensuring the relevant AML/KYC regulatory requirements are met.
  • Data inputting
  • Payments processing
  • Control of client reporting
  • Onboarding
  • Prepare for client meetings
  • General administrative duties
  • Review the accuracy of all output produced for clients
  • Verification of reports and performance information
  • Analysing reports and sending to front office

Start date -Mid June

Salary - Day rate depending on experience
