We are looking for the following person to join the Institute for IT Services (IT-S) at the Sankt Augustin campus as soon as possible:
IT specialist (d/m/w)
for document management systems(DMS)
take over the operational IT project management for the introduction and further development of our DMS (d.create training materials for colleagues in the specialist departments and carry out hands-on training independently
see themselves as digital makers and are keen to get colleagues in university administration excited about digitalization and take them with them.
see digitalization as a transformation process that an organization must successfully undergo as a unit in order to be future-proof.
can analyze complex issues in a playful way, conceptualize them for implementation and also communicate them to non-IT-savvy colleagues.
work closely with the IT service, the relevant departments, the e-Gov coordinator and the university committees.
have a university degree in information technology, either at Master's level or at Bachelor's level with several years of demonstrable practical experience in a comparable field.
have basic knowledge of common DB systems (Oracle, My-SQL) and enjoy SW development.
have at least C1 level German language skills.
