Enterprise Sales Development Representative

In this role, you will be driving our company's growth by initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying inbound leads and guiding them through the sales cycle. Your primary objective will be to identify genuine sales opportunities, exceed KPIs and contribute to achieving our sales targets.
Your responsibilities will include delivering qualified leads and securing new business opportunities for our sales team. This will involve implementing strategic campaigns, utilizing social media to enhance brand awareness and proactively reaching out to both cold and warm prospects. The areas of responsibility for the Enterprise Development Representative include:
Data Management
Proactive outreach
Enhance the support portal & modernise the support function to enable customer to self-serve
Sales Development
Prospecting into Enterprise Accounts, looking for decision makers and having in-depth conversations.
Generate new Enterprise sales opportunities by researching prospects and identifying key stakeholders within Enterprise segmented businesses.
Reach out to C-Level + executives using all available outbound sales channels (Phone, Email, LinkedIn)
Manage and maintain CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring all sales related activity are input accurately and efficiently.
Use Sales enablement tools and sales intelligence to improve processes.
Learn about the industry by reading, watching videos, listening to podcasts, and liaising with internal colleagues to prepare you for having knowledgeable, credible, and transparent conversations with prospective customers in the industry.
Consistently achieve required sales activity metrics and targets (calls, time, CRM usage, leads)
Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities for sales teams by booking and scheduling discovery calls and online demos with potential customers, against predefined targets
Data Management
Ensure proactive and timely updates to opportunity progress in the CRM system, so that the business has access to accurate professional reports and forecasts in real time.
Carrying out data cleansing activities to provide accurate information and support for marketing campaigns and to increase new business opportunities.
Carrying out data building activities in order to provide accurate information and support for calling campaigns.
A strong track record of individual performance of hitting pipeline targets
Strong understanding of enterprise sales
Technical/digital savviness
Salesforce, Salesloft or Highspot experience
You will be articulate, with excellent communication skills, telephone manner and ability to build rapport fast
Excellent planning and organisational skills to successfully plan and co-ordinate a high number of activities, with excellent time management, prioritisation and the ability to remain calm and objective under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and data management skills
Self-motivated, creative and confident in supporting campaigns and using social media
