Are you a passionate Chef de Partie, with at least 12 months previous experience in a busy gastro pub or branded restaurant? The position is for a very busy fresh food gastro pub near Cobham, Surrey. This is one of a small chain of a handful of gastro pubs. This busy pub is individually styled and offers freshly prepared quality food. Our client is offering a great annual rate, plus higher than average tips with long term career prospects. Due to the village location you would be required to have your own transport. Your role as a Chef de Partie will include:

The successful Chef de Partie will have:
  • Have at least 18 months experience in a similar role
  • A background in a BUSY gastro pub or branded restaurant
  • Great cooking ability
  • An ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
  • Own transport
