The Strategy Management Office (SMO) works together with Company Management on SoftServe Strategy & Long-Term Goals. We partner with SoftServe senior leadership to design and execute Strategic Initiatives, empowering change of our business.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Together with SoftServe Management, you will be working on company strategy and long-term vision. You will also drive transformative projects, impacting processes, operating models, and company-wide strategic goals.
  • The team's working mode is project based. In our work we use similar approach and methodologies as leading consulting companies
  • You will have significant exposure to SoftServe Management and Board. You are expected to work directly with C-1 or C-2 level executives on designing and implementing strategic initiatives with a very limited oversight.
  • You are expected to conduct a rigorous data driven problem analysis, explore innovative solution options, and create structured plans that lay the foundation for sustainable growth and efficiency across the company.
  • You will collaborate with respective stakeholders to align corporate, functional and individual OKRs with the approved corporate strategy.
  • You will also participate in the investment committee activities to ensure corporate investment portfolio is consistent with the strategic goals of the company.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 7 years of work experience with a leading top management consulting firm. Alternatively, strong experience in corporate strategy or a transformation role, with a demonstrated record of managing high-stakes projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure and independently navigate complex tasks
  • Track record of working with senior stakeholders (CEO and C-1 level). Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across functions and leadership levels. High level of maturity is a must.
  • A passion for making strategic ideas a reality, with the flexibility and adaptability to navigate challenges and ensure effective implementation.
