About the Role:** On behalf of our client, a prestigious commercial contractor, TM Green Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 3-week holiday cover assignment in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading contractor renowned for their high-quality projects and commitment to excellence. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications.
  • Maintain stringent health and safety standards, providing a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments, addressing issues promptly.
  • Keep accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork.
**Candidate Requirements:**
  • Proven experience with leading commercial contractors.
  • Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Proficiency in Working From Heights and Manual Handling.
  • Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
  • Fire Marshal training and certification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
