Anyone who’s worked in Retail knows how overwhelming a District and Store Manager’s job is. Quorso turns them from data overloaded to datapowered. A Copilot for field leaders to know what to focus on, how to fix it and whether it's improving.
We're already helping over 37k stores improve productivity daily across $180bn+of P&L. Some of the biggest retailers on the planet are already using Quorso to help their field leaders succeed.
As part of the Customer team, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with some of Quorso’s highest profile enterprise customers in Europe. Your engagement will largely be with retailers’ Retail Operations teams & Store Directors.
You will also need to collaborate with Quorso’s Product, Marketing, and Software Engineering teams, as keeping everyone in sync across the business is critical to success. You will interact on a daily basis with our customers, from CXOs and other executives to store managers. This is a hands-on and multi-skilled role: part entrepreneur, part trusted customer thought-partner, part account manager, part project manager, part end user coach, product guru, and evangelist.
Building trusted relationships with retail clients and executive teams


Overseeing and project managing data implementations for our customers
Creating business cases and financial models
Delivering business insights to customers (manipulating big data sets)
Organic growth of customer accounts (licence renewals, expansions, use case ideation)
Building your, and Quorso’s, presence, e.g., Networking, meeting and building relationships with prospective clients
4-6 years experience at a major consulting firm as a high-performer: planning, executing and managing engagements and managing senior client stakeholders
~ It’s the type of role where you’ll need to have the ability to converse and have presence with Senior customers, but also reach down and get your hands dirty (we are a lean team of strong individual contributors).
You’ll regularly be using Excel, Alteryx, PowerPoint, SQL, and Figma, so experience with those tools is desirable (though we like quick learners too).
We operate a hybrid culture in the UK, with expectations of in-office 1-2 days per week in London.
