Base pay range

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Housing Compliance Administrator to join a Housing Association based in Liverpool. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties:

  • Cleaning a backlog of housing and enforcement referrals
  • Logging repairs and referrals using C365, Salesforce, and Open Housing depending on the action needed
  • Logging enforcement requests
  • Logging building applications
  • Producing documentation relating to enforcement applications
  • Transferring daily action reports to internal trackers
  • Raising jobs as required with contractors
  • Adding manual submissions to the teams channel and add any actions onto the relevant trackers used
  • Raising remedial works from Building Safety Inspection Submissions

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience in logistics, housing, or construction
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills

Location - 1 day per week in Liverpool, 4 days working from home
