Salary:£23,500 to £27,803 (includes sleep-in and additional responsibility) + Benefits
Hours:39 hours per week (shifts)
We are seeking a Team Leader to join an incredible organisation providing support and education to young children between the ages of 6 to 12 years old who have come from traumatic backgrounds.
The service is a 24-hour programme which focuses on helping children to form positive relationships and enable them to increase their self-esteem, and acquire the skills they need both at home and at school.
Please note you must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle
-Previous extensive experience of working with young people aged 6 12 in a residential social care setting
- Experience of working in accordance with established policies and procedures
-Level 3 Children and Young People Workforce Diploma or willingness and ability to obtain within 12 months
- Excellent verbal communication skills on the phone and in person with staff, children / young people, schools, statutory agencies and families
