As a Customer Quality Engineer (CQE), you will be the primary regional contact for customers, responsible for providing technical guidance and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues in collaboration with the aircraft OEM's customer support network. Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical liaison between the aircraft OEM and customers, maintaining clear communication about aircraft support status during events. Incident Management: Provide on-ground support for Aircraft On Ground (AOG) and non-AOG incidents. Coordinate with technical operations, field support teams, and vendors to ensure effective incident resolution.
· Offer guidance and technical expertise to customers on complex technical tasks, including installation, service, repair, replacement, modification, and maintenance of aerospace equipment.
· Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather technical data and communicate relevant information to support event troubleshooting and resolution. Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
· A minimum of 5 years of aerospace manufacturing or maintenance experience in quality, engineering, or customer project teams.
· At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing technical role, with exposure to project management, production, or quality assurance.
· An FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license is an advantage.
· Experience with quality tools such as 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa diagrams, or 5S is preferred.
Strong intercultural experience or experience with international project teams.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and the local language.
