Job Summary:
Based in our Cramlington office, you will be responsible for the administration of our existing online retailer and marketplace accounts, specifically Amazon, which will include managing the brands presence, optimizing and adding product listings, managing adhoc changes, and dealing with all types of customer service enquiries.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing a proactive administration support to our E-Commerce function across EMEA.
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings with relevant SEO keywords, bullet points, and high-quality images to increase search visibility and conversions on Amazon to support customer and marketing timelines and plans.
- Supporting with promotions and advertising campaigns ensuring they are accurate, timely and effective to meet the demands of the business and digital plan.
- Supporting with the execution and implementation on various projects aligned with the overall digital strategy.
- Handling the downloading and processing of Amazon orders, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data into our SAP system.
Candidate Essential Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Microsoft Office and Powerpoint with strong Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced deadline driven environment.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated and creative in finding ways to achieve company objectives and solve problems
- Must be a collaborative team player as well as being able to work independently as needed.
Preferred/Desired Requirements:
- Prior experience in working with Shopify, Amazon Vendor or Seller Central.
- Familiarity with Amazon reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
- Knowledge or experience of SAP system.
