Job Description

eDiscovery Coordinator - Law Industry - Hybrid (London)

Annapurna are proud to be working with one of the "Magic Circle" law firms, which are the most prestigious and profitable law firms in the UK. We are now looking for a eDiscovery Coorindator/Manager to come and join the team.

Your role involves working within our Forensic Analysis and Review Management Team, particularly in the e-Disclosure Team, alongside our service providers and internal Evidence Review Managers. You'll deliver technology-focused solutions for disputes, investigations, and the Competition Team, and may also develop one-time solutions for client needs like data breaches and M&A.

You need to be enthusiastic about technology, willing to learn quickly and master different applications, with an understanding of the EDRM model. Working with technical e-Disclosure specialists, you'll implement project workflows and ensure high-quality service from providers.

Collaborating with Associates, you'll promote advanced analytics solutions and stay updated with industry advancements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver market-leading technology for both internal stakeholders and external clients, though it will be challenging yet enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide forward-thinking services to Disputes and Investigations, Competition, and Corporate groups
  • Collaborate with Associates and e-Disclosure team for optimal service delivery
  • Utilize technology for efficiency and enhanced service quality
  • Ensure e-Disclosure Service Providers offer advanced technology and premium services
  • Proactively identify and implement technology solutions
  • Project manage and lead e-Disclosure projects for successful delivery
  • Create and manage project documentation with paralegals
  • Offer technical and operational support for document review and data management platforms
  • Provide document review platform support to fee earners, including training and workflow administration
  • Manage and QC document productions, including exchanges with opposing parties or regulators
  • Work collegially with a team of e-Disclosure specialists and paralegals
  • Review and recommend technology solutions beneficial for the firm
  • Support senior in-house eDiscovery specialists alongside eDiscovery service providers

Candidate profile:

  • Ideally 3-5 years experience in similar law firm position
  • Solid understanding of e-Discovery Technology and EDRM model
  • Collaborative work with diverse stakeholders for effective solutions
  • Ability to build strong business relationships and resilience to handle demanding individuals
  • Direct technical experience with industry-leading tools like Relativity, Reveal, Everlaw, Nuix
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Analyzes data to identify trends, critical issues, and track performance
  • Encourages and challenges team members to improve performance
  • Makes complex technical information accessible and engaging
  • Proactively engages with key decision-makers, shaping proposals and agendas
  • Actively supports individuals' professional and personal development
