Here's what you'll do:- Create Engaging Financial Reports: Prepare and present dynamic monthly financial reports that drive business decisions and keep our stakeholders informed.
- Drive Business Strategy: Get involved in budgeting and forecasting, helping to shape the financial future of our company.
- Ensure Compliance and Excellence: Ensure that statutory laws and financial regulations are adhered to, contributing to a culture of compliance and integrity.
- Innovate and Optimise: Support with the development of innovative systems and procedures to boost the department's quality and efficiency, making a tangible difference in how we operate.
- Leverage Data for Success: Analyse financial data to uncover insights that can increase profitability and guide strategic planning.
- Lead and Mentor: Manage and inspire junior staff members within the Accounting & Finance department, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Collaborate with External Partners: Liaise with external auditors, ensuring transparency and strong internal controls.
- Maintain Financial Accuracy: Keep a meticulous record of financial transactions, contributing to the organisation's financial health and stability.

- Relevant Education : A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional Certification : Part qual within ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification

- Analytical Prowess : Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial in our fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Leadership : Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities
