Food Truck Shift Lead

Prepworld are looking for a Waste Management Team Leader - covering all Yard & Waste Management operator duties,and assisting the Shift Supervisor with the organisation of the team and supporting all day-to-day requests.
Look after all baling duties and ensure all waste is placed into the correct waste streams.
Look after all compactor duties and ensure all waste is placed in the correct waste streams.
To cover all outside FLT duties – this will be a mixed role of some FLT work and some Waste Management
Safely stack full bales of waste cardboard/plastics ready for collection. – Ensure any fruit waste tipping is carried out correctly following all H&S and working instruction procedures.
Keep waste management area clean, tidy, and organised always.
Monitor the Seepex system to ensure fruit waste is filling all waste trailers correctly.
Report any Waste Management area concerns/issues to the area Supervisor.
Ensure the yard/waste areas are clean, tidy, and organised always.
Notify of any delivery discrepancies to the Shift Supervisor and/or customer equipment team
Stand in for shift supervisors in their absence
The role requires use of an FLT (Counterbalance)
The role requires the use of a PPT (Powered pump truck)
The role requires the use of a MPT (Manual pump truck)
Good level of English communication skills (Speaking and Writing and Listening).
Flexibility to work overtime
Free, on site parking with electric charge points
Staff restaurant serving heavily subsidised hot and cold food
Wednesday to Saturday
Thursday to Saturday
Wednesday to Saturday
Thursday to Saturday
90 per hour , rising through to £14.30 (level 2) and then £14.60 after full training and development
