This is a hybrid role that requires you to be able to commute to our central London office.

To support this mission we're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who can lead two of our autonomous product teams. In return we'll give you a platform to exercise your creativity and innovate until your heart's content. As an Engineering Manager your mission will be to:
# Balance empathy for customer needs with a visionary perspective that goes beyond simply delivering a faster horse (inspired by a Stripe job description we like and agree with).
# Maintain team performance by ensuring team members are motivated adhere to our pillars and deliver on schedule according to yearly and quarterly business objectives.

Proven engineering experience with a strong grasp of technical aspects within cross-functional teams.
# A keen eye for ensuring Percent's wider engineering goals progress alongside product-focused work.
