Revit Technician / 3D Autodesk BIM Modeller CAD Designer who has proficiency in Revit, BIM and AutoCAD 3D modelling skills, with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for design is required for a well-established and leading design and construction company based in Enfield, North London.
The company does not have a fixed salary scale and will pay an appropriate and fair salary based on experience and abilities, the figures in this advert are merely a guide and should not hold back applicants with expectations outside this range
This is a studio-based position, although all applicants should be willing to undertake occasional work-related travel to the USA and Europe and should not have any issues in their past that would prevent such travel and their ability to use the US ESTA scheme is vital.

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Revit Technician / 3D Autodesk BIM Modeller CAD Designerwho has proficiency in Revit, BIM and AutoCAD 3D modelling skills, with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for design.
Working as a Revit Technician / 3D Autodesk BIM Modeller CAD Designer you will join a close-knit team where you will play a pivotal role in designing luxurious hydrothermal experiences in the niche spa and wellness field.
As a Revit Technician / 3D Autodesk BIM Modeller CAD Designer you will craft breathtaking pools, serene saunas, and innovative steam rooms – which will all be brought to life with your meticulous attention to detail and technical prowess.
Your duties as a Revit Technician / 3D Autodesk BIM Modeller CAD Designer will include:
~ Blend your design vision with MEP expertise: This role offers a dynamic blend of creative design and technical knowledge. You'll not only bring your design flair to the table, but also gain valuable hands-on experience in MEP detailing for these specialized spa facilities

~ Work on cutting-edge projects: The company is at the forefront of the spa and wellness industry, constantly innovating and pushing boundaries. This position provides ample opportunities to learn and grow, with training readily available

Proficiency in Revit as well as competence in BIM and AutoCAD

~ Passion for design with a keen eye for detail

~ Eagerness to learn about MEP systems and their integration into spa and wellness facilities

~ Ability to communicate and work effectively in both metric and imperial units, with a willingness to learn US building codes a plus

~ Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages a bonus

~ Flexibility for occasional travel to the USA and Europe
