We are currently recruiting for a company based in the Burnley area who are looking for a Energy Assessor on a permanent basis. The successful candidate must be prepared to be travelling for most of the week to various sites around the UK. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Visiting various sites UK wide.
  • Using Word, excel and access database drafting reports.
  • Mainly dealing with Commercial buildings
* Responsible for taking Photos of all elements:
  • All elevations
  • lighting
* HVAC * DHW
  • Meters
  • You must have the ability to recognise different building fabrics, lighting types and HVAC systems
  • Training on Energy Audits is available if needed.
Requirements
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Level 4 Energy Assessor qualification ( or studying towards )
Hours / Salary and Benefits
  • Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm & Friday 8am – 2pm
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Company car allowance + laptop, phone etc
  • Training packages if needed
  • Salary is varied depending on experience see below :
  • Approx 30k + car allowance if training is needed.
  • Up to 45K + car allowance if you no training is required.
