Duty Manager Position at Muddler
As we embark on an exciting phase of growth, we're looking for an experienced, determined, and high-performing DutyManager to join our team at our Newcastle Site.
Role Overview
As a DutyManager of The Muddler, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success. Reporting directly to the GeneralManager, you will oversee operational aspects of the site, lead our team, drive sales, and helpensure we meet our targets. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, thrives under pressure, and excels in communication with both managers and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Training:Act as a positive leader and role model. Train and motivate our large team to deliver high standards and exceptional guest experiences.
Business Management:Confidently work alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to manage shifts and team members to help maximize sales and meet personal KPI targets.
Financial Oversight:Working with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintainlabour efficiency, manage stock control and conduct performance reviews of team members.
Guest Relations:Manage guest feedback and relations, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Promotional Activities: Implement and drive promotional activities to boost venue visibility and attract more guests.
Requirements
Desirables:
Knowledge of cash management and experience with Zonal operational systems.
Bar experience with a passion for cocktail development.
Experience leading small teams.
First aid training certificate.
