Role Summary

The Recruitment and Engagement Associate role is an opportunity to join our growing remote recruiting team.

This is a high visibility role, working with our leadership team to support recruiting and fulfillment activities within FLEX IG. Candidate experience, brand reputation, and innovation are critical to IG Flex. As such, this role has an immediate impact on the experience of our first-in-class professionals and the overall effectiveness of our business.

The Recruitment and Engagement Associate will coordinate necessary activities related to the full life cycle of a candidate. This includes recruiting, maintaining candidate data in the applicant tracking database, phone screens, coordinating interviews and supporting consultant care.

Responsibilities Include

  • Recruiting, creating/executing search strings and identifying potential talent.
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up, high-quality work, and communication with executive candidates throughout the candidate’s lifecycle from initial contact to on boarding.
  • Maintaining candidate data in the applicant tracking system and coordinating interviews.
  • Entering and tracking candidate information in database and ensuring appropriate parties have access to necessary information.
  • Effective utilization of LinkedIn and industry-relevant job boards.
  • Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings.
  • Professionals as they interview with clients for engagement opportunities.
  • Simultaneously managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) balancing priorities and ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
  • Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence and work closely with others to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Experience in creating detailed reports; excellent documentation skills.
