Senior Data Analyst - B2C Product, Web & App London - Hybrid 2 days per week
£We are searching for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to provide critical insights that will guide their transition towards a freemium model and the complete rebuild of their web and app platforms. They are looking for a dynamic Senior Data Analyst to join the early stages of their team and lead this data-driven transformation.

In this crucial role, you will be the analytical backbone behind strategic decisions, setting the stage for a seamless, world-class user experience. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring data-driven decisions underpin the successful overhaul of their platforms, which are central to their growth strategy.

Lead data analysis efforts for a full-scale platform rebuild, focusing on both web and mobile app experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to provide data-driven insights that inform the product roadmap and meet the evolving needs of millions of users.
- Analyse user behaviour and engagement data to drive the development and launch of innovative features that enhance user retention.
- Work directly with the executive team, contributing to strategic decisions through detailed data analysis and reporting.
- Leverage advanced data analytics to prioritise initiatives and ensure the delivery of a best-in-class B2C product.

5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with a strong background in B2C products.
- Proven track record of providing actionable insights that have driven the success of web and mobile app products at scale.
-Proficient in SQL and delivering quick insights.
- Strong storytelling and visualisation skills with tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for cross-functional teams.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a passion for innovation and data-driven decision-making.
