30pm and as required, flexible applications considered


Our client seeks an experienced Immigration Associate with over 5 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) to join their team in London. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to our client's private and corporate clientele on a range of immigration matters.

Manage a varied caseload of private clients, overseeing all aspects of their immigration requirements.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and guiding clients through immigration applications, including business immigration, family immigration, human rights, the European Settlement Scheme, and nationality applications.
Offer informed advice on complex UK immigration issues, demonstrating a thorough understanding of relevant legislation.
Collaborate closely with clients on Administrative reviews, appeals, and judicial reviews against decisions of the UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI).
Stay updated on developments in immigration law and maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations.
Conduct legal research to support immigration cases and provide expert legal opinions.
Monitor client accounts and demonstrate understanding of financial aspects related to client matters.
Provide supervision and guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE specializing in immigration law.
Proven experience managing a diverse caseload of immigration matters, preferably within a reputable law firm.
Sound understanding of UK immigration legislation and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research and provide expert advice on complex immigration issues.
Prior experience supervising junior team members is advantageous.
