PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE INCLUDES ONE SLEEP-IN SHIFT PER WEEK AND 1 OCCASIONAL DAY ON THE WEEKEND

Mostly day shifts (9am to 5pm) with one sleep-in per week (3pm to 7am).
There will be lone working at the project
Supporting individuals who struggle with their mental health
Reporting and recording any safeguarding issues
With sleep-in payments the salary increases to just over £23,000 per year
Permanent contract
A solid 6 week rolling shift rota so you can plan well ahead of time
Extra payments for any disturbed sleep during your shift

Experience of support work in a setting that includes mental health
Solid values around building trust, empathy and understanding
A DBS on the update service is a distinct advantage
Knowledge of safeguarding and confidentiality
Ability to cover overnight / sleep-in shifts is essential
