We are currently looking for an experienced immigration consultant/advisor to lead and operate the immigration division within the business. This is a full-time, on-site role for an immigration consultant located in Aberdeen. You would have the opportunity to build your career with a great brand.

The Consultant will be responsible for managing immigration issues, visas, law, consulting, and global immigration. The role requires the candidate to provide expert guidance and advice to clients and customers navigating the UK's immigration process.

Led the visa team in the business
Assisting with sponsor licence applications & supporting client requirements
Managing visa application processes under the skilled worker routes.
Advice on personal immigration matters.
Developing relationships with clients, including delivering training to clients on immigration compliance.
Any other duties as required by the immigration team.
Have excellent knowledge of Immigration Laws, visa categories, application forms, procedures, and requirements;
Knowledge to correctly apply the relevant Immigration Rules and Regulations to suit the circumstances of each client;
have an interest in long-term development/progression in the department.
