We're on the hunt for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join a dynamic and forward-thinking nursing team at a top-tier private hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to take the next step in their nursing career, with plenty of room for growth and development.

This position comes with a salary of up to £41,000 and a generous £3,000 joining bonus (subject to T&C's). You'll be working full-time in the beautiful town of Tunbridge Wells, with the chance to be part of a highly respected private hospital group.

As a Senior Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the nursing team and students.
Delivering individualised nursing care and procedures to the highest standards, complying with hospital policies at all times.
Carrying out any other duties delegated by the Ward Manager/team leader for the efficient care of patients and smooth running of the department.As a Senior Staff Nurse, you'll receive:

A £3,000 joining bonus (subject to T&C's).

Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions.
Have a minimum of 1 year senior nursing experience.
Possess excellent communication skills, be organised and deliver excellent patient care.
