What We’re Looking For:
- Proven QS Experience : You’ve got a track record of delivering successful projects, managing costs, and driving efficiency.
- Strong Financial Acumen : Expert in managing budgets, tendering, and cost control from inception to completion.
- Negotiation & Communication Skills : Confident dealing with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Problem-Solving Ability : You can quickly assess challenges and develop innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
- CSR/CSCS Card : A valid CSR/CSCS card is essential for this role.
Your Role:
- Managing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Overseeing subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and high standards of service.
- Providing financial reports and advice to senior management, helping drive strategic decision-making.
- Ensuring that all work complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Working closely with the project team to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
