Practice Manager (Wealth Management) - Market Harborough
Practice Manager (Wealth Management) - Market Harborough
Diary management for the Managing Director - contacting clients, booking meetings preparing meeting packs
Supervise and support a team of 5 providing guidance, training, performance feedback & helping with any issues
Provide Management Information to the Directors during weekly meetings
Collaborate with financial advisors and other team members to optimise workflow and enhance client experiences.
Oversee client onboarding processes, account maintenance, and reporting activities.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management or financial services, with a proven track record of success in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Financial Planning regulations
Detail-oriented and organised, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with wealth management software platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
This will be an office based position in Market Harborough.
