Java Developer - Let's Build Greener Cities Together

As the UK pushes towards carbon neutral city living, this development team is expanding fast, and they need you - a talented Java Developer who's passionate about innovation. You'll be working on cutting-edge R&D solutions for inner-city transportation, collaborating with the company's biggest and most high-profile clients.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years experience using Java
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot or other Java frameworks
  • MySQL (or similar relational databases) expertise
  • Experience building microservices for AWS (or other cloud platforms)
  • A collaborative, Agile mindset
  • Comfortable with GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and Docker

Bonus points if you've got:

  • Experience with Docker, Kafka, or similar tools
  • Worked in an Agile/Scrum team
  • A passion for code quality and automated testing
