Mobilisation Co-ordinator
Location – Birmingham

We have an exciting opportunity for a newly created role within our Asset Services team in Birmingham. We are looking to hire a Mobilisation Co-ordinator, this role will see you being responsible for organising the delivery of activities relating to the onboarding of new clients and properties to the UK Asset Services portfolio.

As the Mobilisation Co-ordinator will work closely with our internal property teams, client finance and external stakeholders, to ensure a smooth and efficient mobilisation processes from planning through to execution.

There will also be the chance to work closely with our client finance team to include some administrative accounting work, supporting you to grow your knowledge of our clients , systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilising our Mobilisation tool, to coordinate the delivery of tasks, and milestones to as you facilitate all activities and deliver an end-to-end mobilisation process across Asset Services UK.
• Maintain accurate records of these mobilisation activities, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocations. Generate regular reports to track progress and identify any issues or deviations from plans.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues or risks.

Experience & Competencies:


• Experience delivering to deadlines from concept to implementation across a variety of stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• Experience maintaining records, for example including contracts, budgets, schedules, and compliance documentation etc.
• Demonstrable experience of the ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities across different projects and mobilisations being run in parallel.
• Relationally astute- able to flex to some degree both your approach and your remit to support/ release the team as required depending on their capacity/ skillset/ seniority in order to ensure that we meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel data analysis and reporting and the remainder of MS Office
• Property Management experience desirable but not essential


Working Hours
• The role is a hybrid remote / office-based role based in Birmingham
• Working Hours are 9:00 – 17:30 and flexible working can be agreed.
