  • Preform skilled labouring & groundwork tasks, including, edging, flagging, kerbing etc
  • Prepare sites, ensuring they are safe and ready for work to commence.
  • Assistant in installation of drainage systems & other groundworks.
  • Operate and maintain tools efficiently & safely.
  • Collaborate with site manager & other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Follow all health & safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Key responsibilities – Labourer
  • Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
  • Perform general labourer tasks, such as digging trenches, carrying materials, and operating machinery.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations on site.
  • Assist with the installation of structures, fixtures, and fittings as required.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in edging, flagging, kerbing, drainage, block paving etc.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Full driving license.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
  • Ability to read & interpret site plans.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.44ph - £20.00ph, depending on experience & qualifications.
  • Daytime hours – over 5 days a week (40 hours) with possibility of overtime.
