Health, Safety, and Environment Administrator £15 per hour - 3 Month FTC 36.5 hours per week Haydock Manufacturing Are you passionate about ensuring workplace safety and compliance? Do you thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We're seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment Administrator to join our client's team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Role: As Health, Safety, and Environment Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations by maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the training compliance matrix, ensuring all employees receive required safety training, including booking refresher courses for external training for operators to maintain certification (Fire safety, FLT, First Aid etc) Completing auditing processes to assess HSE performance and compliance. Conducting data entry and interpretation of HSE-related information. Spotting data trends that affect the HSE performance of the business and highlighting these to the relevant departmental heads. Assisting in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures. Conducting regular safety inspections and audits. Maintaining accurate records of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions. Coordinating HSE training programs for employees. Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Supporting the HSE Manager in various administrative tasks.Requirements: Previous experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. IOSH qualified and/or solid Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills.
