Required: “ New Recruitment Consultant” - Commercial Division

The role of a Commercial Recruitment Consultant

Based in central offices in the heart of Wolverhampton you will be taking the reins of a new commercial desk where the clients are lovely and no two days are the same.

Responsibilities include:

* Building long term relationships with new and existing client's

* Client visits to take full brief of job/person specification

* Negotiating fees

* Sourcing candidates, through social media, LinkedIn and job boards

* Screening CV's

* Interviewing prospective candidates

* Arranging interviews between client and candidate

* Providing feedback to both client and candidate post interview

* Arranging 2nd and final stage interviews

* Negotiating salaries and remuneration packages

* Placing suitable candidates

What experience do I need as a Commercial Recruitment Consultant?

* Experience of working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (any sector) ESSENTIAL

* Proven track record of success in a recruitment agency setting

* Solid career history (no job hopping)

* Excellent written and communication skills

* Team player who enjoys the social side of work

* Organised, hardworking and enjoys a fast-paced environment

* Hungry for success

* Money motivated

Established for over 10 years you'll be joining a successful independent Recruitment Agency which is growing from strength to strength.

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a dynamic recruitment agency based in Wolverhampton. You'll be part of a lovely team, the office has a fun, family feel to it. You'll be treated like an adult where there is no micro-management and you are given freedom to run your desk your way. Training and support will be provided throughout your role
