We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the EMEA Regional Marketing Director. This role will be instrumental in driving pipeline growth across the EMEA region through regional demand generation initiatives, closely aligned with corporate and local strategies.
Regional Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the EMEA region in alignment with corporate objectives.
Drive pipeline growth through targeted demand generation initiatives tailored to the unique needs of each EMEA market.
Demand Generation and Field Marketing:
Own the execution of demand generation and field marketing programs across the EMEA region to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
Implement data-driven strategies to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Regional Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy:
Develop and implement a regional ABM strategy to engage and convert target accounts in the EMEA market.
Collaborate with Sales and Sales Development teams to identify key accounts and execute personalized marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
Collaborate on account targeting, lead qualification, and follow-up strategies to ensure seamless coordination between marketing and sales efforts.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and regularly track and report on the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.
Use insights from data analysis to refine strategies and optimize marketing programs for maximum impact.
Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation, Revenue and/or field marketing.
Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue through successful marketing strategies and initiatives.
Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Proficient in data analysis and measurement, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
