Job Description

NRL are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts and Payroll Admin to join one of our client's teams on a permanent basis, with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
  • Respond to payroll and accounting inquiries from employees and external parties.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees.
  • Update and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
  • Assist with recruitment where necessary, and labour movements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience accounts administration. Relevant certifications (e.g. AAT, CPA,) would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in software including MS Office Excel and Access.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Understanding of payroll processing would be an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
