The Outbound Logistics Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the 3PL D2C and B2B operations. Ensuring efficient order processing, quality control and compliance.

You will lead in the management of relationships with External and Internal key stakeholders working to enhance and drive the logistics function at every opportunity.

This is a highly dynamic, fast-moving industry. You will be required to work quickly, accurately, and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Includes but is not limited to;

  • Plan and manage the End of Season Returns to ensure smooth flow of product back to DC, systemically processing to ensure stock accuracy in NAV, enabling resale through other channels.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, oversee international export compliance, and contribute to sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage courier relationships, track KPIs, and enhance shipping and return flows.
  • Consultant with 3PL partner to agree the SLA and put measures in place to maximise productivity.
  • Set up and manage SOPs
  • Ensure the 3PL are fully accountable for the service levels, and they meet the agreed KPIs.
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled on time in full (OTIF)
  • Ensure stock is managed in a proactive way with full transparency & reporting.
  • Proactively look for ways to improve the infrastructure and systems of the fulfilment operation.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Self-motivated, with previous experience and knowledge in 3rd party logistics, warehousing, fulfilment and contracts management.
  • Demonstrable operational skills, highly organised and proactive.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • System savvy, working knowledge of NAV.
  • Must be hands-on and not afraid to roll your sleeves up.
  • Strategic and commercial, able to identify opportunities,
