This highly regarded practice is seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to lead its Residential Conveyancing department as Head of Residential Conveyancing. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing specialist to join a forward-thinking firm that prioritizes quality service, innovation, and client satisfaction in equal measure.
As Head of Residential Conveyancing, you will be instrumental in driving the success of the conveyancing department. You will have the opportunity to manage a dedicated team, take ownership of complex residential property transactions, and work closely with the firm's senior management to influence departmental growth and strategic direction.
Team Leadership & Development: You will lead a team of experienced conveyancers and support staff, ensuring high standards of client service and effective workload management. This includes mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
# Client Relationship Management: As the first point of contact for high-profile clients and complex cases, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring that each client receives a first-class service that reflects the firm's values and reputation. Transaction Management: You will oversee high-value and complex residential conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to post-completion. This includes reviewing legal documents, advising clients on key aspects, and troubleshooting any potential issues to ensure transactions progress smoothly and are completed efficiently.
# Strategic Planning & Process Improvement: You will work alongside the senior management team to shape the direction of the conveyancing department, identifying opportunities for growth, implementing best practices, and ensuring that the department's processes remain compliant, efficient, and competitive. You'll have the autonomy to develop and execute strategies that elevate the department's performance and enhance its market position.
