Role

If you were already in this Deputy Manager role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

  • Working 22 hours clinical / 22 hours supernumerary per week
  • Providing specialist nursing support and advice and taking responsibility for resident care
  • Supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service with real empathy for resident issues
  • Being a great mentor who can provide support, guidance and leadership to the care home staff.
  • Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home

To apply for this position, you will need to be a qualified Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC Pin. Youll also have prior experience in a leadership role within a care home.
