What youll do The role of the Regional Trainer is to deliver Care Worker training and assess Trainee learning. You will maintain complete and accurate training records at all times. Undertaking continuous training and development to ensure knowledge is up to date. You will work with the policy team to develop standard training programmes in line with current best practice. Agreeing and achieving targets for training. What you need You will ideally have the PTLLS qualification, MPS Train the Trainer qualification along with other relevant qualifications to really hit the ground running in this highly skilled role. Holder of a current driving licence is essential for this role.
