CNC PROGRAMMER/OPERATOR AND WOOD MACHINIST

Your Role: We are in search of an experienced and organized candidate with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the custom furniture and cabinet making industry.
Proficiency in traditional wood machining
Ability to operate and program 5-axis CNC, with training provided for 6th Axis work
Experience with Alphacam CAD/CAM programming
Discerning eye for timber selection
Capability to plan work to meet production deadlines
Forklift truck license or willingness to learn
Methodical and precise, with the ability to adhere to project timelines
Effective communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team of designers, draftspersons, and project managers
Dedication to delivering quality workmanship and striving for perfection
Permanent position available immediately
~ Full-time position, Monday to Friday
~ Located at our Lancaster workshop
