Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group, are currently recruiting a CNC Setter/Operator for a long established manufacturing organisation in Chesterfield.
Hours - 40 Hours per week, Monday- Thursday - days and nights
Salary £14-£15 Per hour - overtime available
Location Chesterfield S43
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating Doosan, Cincinnati, Leadwell & Okuma machines
  • Running multiple machines
  • Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings
  • Recording productive time on manufacturing systems and managing route cards
  • Promoting and maintaining a safe working environment


Experience required:

  • Experience setting and operating CNC Setter
  • Engineering based qualification
  • On machine programming experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience in high tolerance industry (aerospace, nuclear, medical, or motorsport/ automotive)
  • Must have good team working skills & ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
