Facilities Management Manager

Boden Group are currently recruiting for a Senior Hard FM Operations Manager to join our client whose expertise spans the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and critical infrastructure worldwide.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Hard FM Operations Manager to join the Facilities Management team at key healthcare site in Isleworth.
Key activities:
* Reporting to the Contract Manager
* To facilitate Hard FM activities undertaking the functional, technical and management aspects of the FM contract concerning planned/ reactive maintenance, minor project work and the Forward Capital Maintenance Programme requirements.
* To be responsible for all operational staff, budgets and performance of sub-contractors within this work stream.
* To maintain a close liaison with the Client FM Function to ensure day-to-day requirements of delivering the FM contract are met.
* To be responsible for contractual performance per agreed budgets and compliance with the Service Level Standards whilst continually enforcing cost efficiencies and maximising value received.
Skills, qualifications & experience
* Will hold a relevant qualification in a Hard FM-related subject, ideally with a membership of a professional institution and/or management qualifications (ILM, BIFM, etc.)
* Must have experience managing staff in Hard FM in a healthcare environment.
* Will have specialist knowledge of processes and procedures within mechanical and electrical disciplines together with excellent IT skills
* Will be able to demonstrate sound financial acumen and be able to interpret financial accounts
* Able to demonstrate strong communication and client relationship skills
* Excellent attention to detail
