The Role: Community Registered Nurse
You’ll be responsible for contributing to the holistic assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care.
Could be offering personal and clinical care, including IV therapy, and wound management
Monitoring and recording conditions and will escalate cases when needed.
Whether you’re initiating health promotion activities or liaising with other members of our multi-disciplinary team, you’ll help us to empower our patients in their choice to be treated at home.
A registered NMC Nurse with at least three years’ experience, you’ll have the confidence to work autonomously in the community and share our commitment to delivering quality patient care. Car and a drivers licence are essential as it is a mobile role.
Community experience, lone working experience essential.
