Site Manager (Design and Build Projects)
Company Overview: Our client a leading construction firm specializing in design and build projects across commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we deliver high-quality construction solutions that exceed client expectations.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee design and build projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with specific expertise in coordinating and executing projects across diverse sectors.
Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of any issues.
Lead and supervise site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Implement and enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, budget expenditures, and potential risks to project stakeholders.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing design and build projects in commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
