Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor near Reading. The business is one of the largest privately owned contractors in the UK, with a group turn over of almost 2bn. They operate out of regional offices across the UK and undertake projects across the commercial, student accommodation, commercial and res each & development sectors typically valuing up to 80mil.
The business has been in a period of sustained growth and as such has won various new projects in the region. They're now looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team and manage an upcoming scheme in the region. You will be responsible for the project from pre-construction through to completion and will have a junior surveyor reporting into you.
In return, they're offering a salary of up to 75k + Package (negotiable dependent on experience) and the opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work in the region and opportunity for growth within the business.
