Salary: £80K - £100K (Depending on experience and qualification)
Employment: Full Time, Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Lead the development and maintenance of various in-house solutions including but not limited to student recruitment systems, admission systems, HR systems, accounts systems, international student recruitment portals, and global-scale e-learning platforms.
Architect robust and scalable software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work closely with external software development agencies to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
Mentor and train colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise to promote skill development and professional growth within the team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
In-depth knowledge of system architectures, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Experience leading projects from conception to delivery, with a track record of successful implementations and stakeholder satisfaction.
Experience in building and mentoring development teams, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
