Enso Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of our client, a leading player in the dairy industry with a significant presence in both the UK and international markets. They are seeking a talented IT Systems Analyst to join their dynamic IT team at their Belfast Head Office.

The Role

As an IT Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining the central information systems that drive efficient decision-making within the company. Your primary focus will be on supporting and improving these systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line support for central systems, including ERP (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Participate as a key member of the project team in the Group ERP Upgrade project.
  • Conduct gap analysis on current systems and processes; propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead projects by developing specifications, managing resources, reporting progress, and handling change control and issue management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless integration and data exchange.
  • Perform system testing according to best practices to ensure optimal performance.
  • Engage closely with developers, testers, and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry developments and implement process improvements aligned with business goals.
  • Support the rollout of IT and Data strategies, ensuring systems are effectively utilized.

About You

Essential Requirements:

  • A 3rd level qualification in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate requirements into system solutions.
  • Experience in End-to-End system implementation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server.
  • Demonstrable teamwork skills and a passion for process improvement.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies.
