We’ve teamed up with the exciting lingerie brand Boux Avenue, who are now in the market to secure their next Paid Social Executive
Established in 2011, Boux Avenue is a renowned lingerie brand. With a dedicated in-house design team crafting lingerie, nightwear, loungewear, sportswear, swimwear and dresses, Boux Avenue epitomises elegance and quality right from our London HQ.
Rooted in a passion for lingerie, nightwear, swimwear and romance, Boux Avenue offers traditional service, impeccable fit and exceptional quality in a contemporary and delightful setting. Fitting rooms are equipped with three different light settings and an intercom for seamless communication with fitting experts.
Catering to customers of all ages, sizes, and styles, Boux Avenue prides itself on being an inclusive brand. We are seeking a Paid Social Executive to join our team and help us grow online traffic and sales.
This position would be suited to a hard working person who is looking to expand their digital marketing experience in fashion brand with a high focus on Paid Social and new emerging social platforms. You will have high attention to detail, great organisational skills and enjoy working in a fast paced, creative and collaborative environment.
Drive performance and optimisation strategies across Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) looking at campaign, audiences and creative performance across the full funnel and all key KPIs.
Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for digital marketing improvement and growth.
Review Paid Creative performance + liaise with Brand and Influencer on Organic content performance.
Review and take action on performance marketing campaigns including: content selection, copywriting, landing page selection.
Own daily management and optimisation of Affiliate Marketing via AWIN. Ensure creative assets align to campaign objectives, resonating to targeting audiences.
Analyse data to locate opportunities for improvement and growth; especially creatives and audiences.
Take actionable Insights from data analysis, married with context, to produce meaningful learnings and improvement.
Provide clear and comprehensive briefs to our Digital Design team and external Agencies for Paid ads.
Support your team by generating daily and weekly performance reports for digital channels.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies with overall marketing goals.
Support Manager on Paid Display : briefing Creatives to Epsilon and verifying Display performance.
Support Manager on Paid Search : big strategies, keyword ideas, budgets and campaign performance.
Consult Brand and Influencer team on the flow of User-Generated-Content ( UCG ) for Paid campaigns.
Work with our E-Commerce Trade team to review product areas which require additional performance marketing support.
Share a perspective on UCG that is authentic and engaging, resonating for performance KPIs.
Stay abreast of emerging platforms and tech for opportunities on expanding our digital presence.
Maintain awareness of policy issues / community guidelines / violations on Paid Social, Paid Search and Affiliate Platforms.
Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Paid Social & Affiliate Marketing. Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for interpreting data and driving actionable insights.
Creative eye, with an ability to align Creatives to marketing objectives by consulting quantitative and qualitative data.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving digital landscape
