QA Service Manager | Permanent | Hybrid - Oxfordshire | Circa £70,000 pa.

One of our most-exciting clients, a Biotech startup based near Oxford, are looking for a QA Service Manager to help bolster the team as they continue to experience consistent growth. This role will be a senior member of the QA team, ensuring GxP Service Providers are managed effectively to achieve performance and alignment with company goals, all through the lens of risk based methodology.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively oversee external audits and assessment schedules, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key stakeholders to use risk based approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of the company's approved service provider list.
  • Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.
  • Managing third party auditors, including drafting documentation and managing all communication with said parties.
  • Conduct GxP audits around GMP, GCP, GLP etc.

About You

  • 3+ years working as a QA auditor within the pharma/biotech or similar industries.
  • Strong experience in GxP essential.
  • IRCA or equivalent certification in auditing highly desirable.
  • Excellent communicator for both internal and external stakeholders.

Logistics

  • Circa £70,000 pa. + great benefits such as £2k well being bonus and over 30 days annual leave.
  • Hybrid working policy of 2 days in the office near Oxford, 3 from home.
